Capture professional-quality multitrack audio anywhere with the Zoom H5 Handy Recorder, a compact powerhouse that records four tracks simultaneously. This versatile unit excels at podcast interviews, live performances, and video audio production, making it an essential tool for content creators and musicians alike. The H5's innovative interchangeable capsule system allows you to swap input modules as easily as changing a camera lens, providing unmatched flexibility for different recording scenarios.
The included XYH-5 X/Y microphone capsule delivers exceptional stereo recording through its matched unidirectional condenser microphones, while the heavy-duty shockmount design minimises handling noise during field recordings. Two additional combo XLR/TRS inputs expand your connectivity options for external microphones or line-level signals, giving you complete control over your recording setup.
Operating the H5 is refreshingly straightforward, with clearly marked arming buttons and dedicated gain controls for each input positioned on the front panel for quick adjustments. The large backlit LCD display ensures perfect visibility in any lighting condition, from outdoor interviews to dimly lit venues. A convenient hold switch protects your settings during recording by disabling all front-panel controls, while the unit records directly to SD and SDHC cards up to 32GB for extended recording sessions.
