Zoom F1-LP F1 Field Recorder + LMF1 Lavalier Mic

Capture every whispered word and subtle vocal nuance with the Zoom F1 Field Recorder + Lavalier Mic, a compact powerhouse that brings professional-grade audio recording to videographers who refuse to compromise on sound quality. This innovative system pairs the ultra-portable F1 recorder with Zoom’s newly engineered LMF-1 lavalier microphone, creating a seamless recording solution that eliminates the interference and noise commonly associated with wireless beltpack systems. Recording directly to micro SD card at resolutions up to 24 bit/96 kHz, the F1 ensures your interviews, wedding ceremonies, and documentary work maintain broadcast-quality audio standards.

The F1’s minimal profile design allows for discreet placement on belts, waistbands, or tucked away in pockets, while its intuitive one-touch button layout provides immediate access to essential functions including record levels, limiter control, lo-cut filtering, and volume output. The newly designed monochromatic LCD display remains clearly visible even under harsh sunlight conditions, and the Record Hold function prevents accidental button presses during critical recording moments.

Built for reliability in the field, the F1 operates on standard AAA batteries or via the optional AD-17 power adapter, with USB connectivity for easy file transfer. Audio files are recorded in WAV or MP3 formats, with WAV files automatically time-stamped for Broadcast Wave Format compliance. The recorder’s proprietary 10-pin connector system maintains compatibility with Zoom’s full range of interchangeable microphone capsules, providing expanded recording options for diverse production requirements.
