Yamaha Stage Custom 22in Euro Drum Kit with Hardware Matte Surf Green

The Yamaha Stage Custom 22" EURO drum kit in Matte Surf Green stands as a production–line instrument built around birch shell construction that Yamaha has refined since 1995. The all–birch, 6–ply 7.2 mm shell design delivers characteristically tight articulation with rapid attack and short decay–core traits valued by players seeking clarity and controlled sustain across dynamic playing. This kit arrives with the HW780 hardware pack, a complete bearing–surface setup designed to sidestep tuning frustration and deliver reliable performance from the outset.

Construction centres on 100% birch throughout the shell package: 10" and 12" toms, 16" floor tom, 22" bass drum, and 14" snare. Hardware employs Absolute Lugs featuring an internal lug–locking mechanism that prevents tension–bolt creep during performance, while the Enhanced Sustain System (Y.E.S.S.) couples traditional ball mount clamps to optimise tom resonance without mechanical compromise. The hand–lacquered finish mimics high–end kit cosmetics, with natural wood grain variation ensuring each kit carries visual distinction. Shell sizing flexibility extends from 8" to 24" configurations, accommodating jazz setups through full rock rigs.
