Yamaha Reface CS Virtual Analog Synthesiser

The Yamaha Reface CS puts the power of virtual analogue synthesis into a compact, portable package that's ready to create anywhere inspiration strikes. This innovative synthesiser features an analogue physical modelling engine with multiple synthesis and oscillator types, each equipped with flexible LFO and ADSR routing plus unique Texture and Mod controls. The onboard effects processor includes five professional effects - delay, VCM phaser, VCM chorus/flanger and distortion - adding serious depth and character to your sound.

With 8-note polyphony, the Reface CS handles complex chords and lush pads with ease, or switch to mono mode for those classic fat synth leads. The integrated phrase looper captures your musical ideas on the fly, perfect for jamming or developing new compositions. A continuous pedal controller input provides hands-free volume control, while the premium mini keys are based on the FS action from Yamaha's flagship Motif XF, ensuring fast, accurate and natural playing response.

Built for the mobile musician, this synthesiser runs on six AA batteries for up to five hours of operation, though a power supply unit is included for studio use. The 2W stereo speaker system with specially designed bass reflex port technology produces surprisingly full, rich sound from such a compact unit. Comprehensive connectivity includes USB "TO HOST" for MIDI connection to computers or iOS devices, MIDI IN/OUT via mini-DIN, dual 1/4" unbalanced line outputs, and a 3.5mm aux input for connecting mobile devices and tablets.
