Yamaha FSX800CSDB Concert Acoustic-Electric Guitar with Cutaway - Sand Burst

The Yamaha FSX800C brings professional-grade versatility to musicians seeking a compact acoustic-electric that performs brilliantly on stage and in the studio. This small-body guitar builds upon the proven FS800 foundation, adding a practical cutaway design that opens up access to the upper frets whilst maintaining the series’ renowned slim profile for enhanced comfort and playability.

At the heart of the FSX800C’s electric capabilities lies Yamaha’s System 66 electronics, featuring a proprietary under-saddle piezo pickup paired with a comprehensive 3-band EQ preamp. The onboard controls allow precise adjustment of bass, middle, and treble frequencies, with an additional mid-range frequency selector providing even greater tonal flexibility to suit your playing style and venue requirements.

The guitar’s compact body depth not only makes it comfortable for players of all sizes but also significantly reduces feedback issues during live performances. This thoughtful design maintains the full, balanced tone that the FS series is known for, making the FSX800C an excellent choice for musicians who need reliable amplified performance without compromising acoustic character.
