Yamaha CBR10 Passive Loudspeaker (single)

Yamaha's CBR10 passive loudspeaker brings decades of acoustic engineering expertise into a remarkably compact and versatile package that punches well above its weight class. This most compact model in the CBR Series combines meticulous materials selection with thoroughly customised audio components, featuring a highly responsive woofer and precise 2" compression driver that maintains consistent high-definition sound with minimal distortion even at demanding output levels. The newly designed wide-dispersion constant directivity horn minimises radiation pattern deterioration, allowing sound to expand in a more rectangular pattern that evenly disperses wide-frequency audio to the outer-most edges of the coverage area.

Built for reliability, the CBR10 employs a protection function that limits excessive input to the HF unit, giving you worry-free operation when you need it most. Combined with the highly responsive LF unit, this speaker reliably produces clear, precise sound at any output level. The rugged yet lightweight plastic cabinet features newly designed ergonomic handles that greatly minimise transport and setup time, while the sleek steel front grille seamlessly blends with installation aesthetics whilst protecting vital inner components from environmental hazards.

Connectivity is straightforward with one speakON jack and one 1/4" phone jack for fast setup in both personal and professional environments. The optimised 50 wedge angle makes it ideal for floor monitoring applications, whilst its versatile design works equally well in front-of-house, monitoring, or rigged configurations. With a frequency range of 50 Hz - 20 kHz and power handling of 175W NOISE, 350W PGM, and 700W PEAK, the CBR10 measures just 308mm x 493mm x 289mm, making it perfect for both portable and installed applications.
