Yamaha BB735A Bass Guitar (Indigo Blue)

The Yamaha BB735A Bass Guitar stands as a testament to innovative engineering, where striking aesthetics meet professional–grade performance capabilities for discerning 5–string players. This exceptional instrument features an alder/maple/alder laminated body construction that enhances both resonance and sustain, with the maple centre providing additional stiffness whilst accentuating midrange frequencies that cut through dense musical arrangements.

At the heart of the BB735A's sonic character are the YGD Custom V7 Alnico V pickups, which produce rich, organic tones with remarkable clarity across the frequency spectrum. The comprehensive electronics package includes a 3–band active EQ system paired with an active/passive switch, offering precise tonal control with level–matched output for seamless transitions between operating modes. Premium gold–plated contacts ensure optimal conductivity, whilst the integrated battery alert LED prevents unexpected power loss during critical performances.

Constructed for professional reliability and playing precision, the BB735A incorporates a robust 6–bolt miter neck joint that maximises sustain transfer between body and neck. The 5–piece maple and mahogany neck construction provides exceptional stability under varying conditions, complemented by lightweight tuning machines that contribute to the instrument's balanced feel. The versatile Vintage Plus bridge accommodates both string–through and top–load configurations, featuring convertible brass saddles that allow players to customise their tonal preferences.
