This model features an innovative Alder/Maple/Alder multi–laminated body construction, where the hard maple centre increases stiffness and accentuates midrange frequencies to cut through dense band mixes while ensuring uniform vibration transmission for exceptional resonance.

The 6–bolt Miter Neck Joint technology holds the neck closer and tighter to the body, fusing these components into a unified whole. This advanced bolting system offers superior string vibration transfer compared to conventional bolt–on joints, resulting in improved sustain and outstanding resonance that brings every note to life. The 5–ply maple and mahogany laminated neck construction resists warping and twisting while adding the tight, penetrating character of maple combined with mahogany's natural warmth.

YGD Custom V7 Pickups with Alnico magnets produce a fat yet penetrating tone that works harmoniously with the unique body construction for an organic, well–defined sound. The specially tuned active/passive circuit provides fine tonal control with level–matched output in both modes, while tone–switching circuitry seamlessly moves from treble control to master passive tone. Gold plated parts ensure increased conductivity and reliability, with a battery alert LED on the back panel preventing sudden power loss during performances.

The Vintage Plus Bridge incorporates "Diagonal Body Thru Stringing," where strings pass through the instrument at a 45° angle rather than vertically, significantly reducing string stress while transferring vibration efficiently to the body. The convertible saddle adjusts to two different angles for precise tonal shaping – the rounder side produces a softer sound while the angled area creates a tighter response. The brass saddle provides deeper low–end while the steel bridge plate offers brighter tones, with all screws and springs made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
