Wazinator Zombie Suitcase Kick Drum Pickup

Give your suitcase drum kit the bottom end it deserves with the Wazinator Zombie DZ17 pickup. This innovative pickup connects your suitcase kickdrum straight to your PA system, creating a massive low-frequency presence that will make your kit sound fuller and more professional. The Zombie amplifies the bass frequencies of your suitcase, turning what was once a quiet acoustic setup into a powerful rhythmic foundation.

Installation couldn't be simpler - just stick the Zombie DZ17 to the inside of your suitcase using the provided adhesive backing and plug it in via the standard 1/4 inch guitar output socket. There are no batteries, triggers, or samples involved - the pickup translates the natural low and mid-range frequencies of your suitcase kick drum directly to your mixing desk or recording device. This makes it perfect for both live performances and studio work where you need that punchy bottom end.

The DZ17 focuses on capturing those crucial low frequencies while you can use overhead microphones to pick up the high-frequency elements like cymbal crashes and snare sizzle. This combination gives you complete control over your suitcase drum sound, making it ideal for buskers, recording artists, and anyone who wants to amplify their portable drum setup without compromising on sound quality.
