Derringers Music is proud to present the Warwick TeamBuilt Thumb Bolt On 5-String Bass Guitar in Natural Transparent Satin with Black Hardware.
The Thumb bass is a core part of Warwick’s line-up. With renowned players such as Dirk Lance (Incubus) and Ryan Martinie (Mudvayne) using them, you know they’re incredible instruments. The Thumb models are equipped with active MEC J-Style pickups, providing that unique Warwick tone that has been heard on countless records. They deliver plenty of punch and clarity, ensuring that you will cut through onstage or when laying down tracks in the studio.
Active 2-Band electronics give you great control over your sound, making this a very versatile bass that can be used for a variety of styles. These German-made basses are constructed using high-quality machinery, combined with the expertise of their vastly knowledgeable luthiers. Amazing tone woods are used by Warwick, giving you a truly beautiful instrument with an inspiring sound. You’ll never want to put one of their basses down.
The Thumb models feature a smooth and ergonomic body shape, not getting in your way so you can play comfortably for hours. The ovangkol body is joined with a bolt-on ovangkol neck, delivering a snappy attack and giving excellent projection to notes. The Wenge fretboard gives a classy-look to the instrument, and feels great under the fingers.
Warwick basses are crafted using only the highest quality sustainably grown woods from multiple species and origins. Due to the organic nature of wood, the density of individual pieces may vary.
