Warm Audio's Direct Box Active and Direct Box Passive represent a new standard in professional DI technology, built around the legendary CineMag USA transformer topology that sets them apart from every other DI box on the market. These units are constructed with premium discrete components and housed in rugged aluminium chassis featuring switches, knobs and connectors engineered to withstand the demands of touring and studio work. The custom-wound CineMag USA transformer ensures maximum sonic integrity, whilst the extruded aluminium enclosure guarantees longevity even under heavy use.

Both models feature exceptional versatility with an onboard variable pad knob that attenuates input signals from -3dB to -30dB, easily handling any instrument source. The convenient Thru-put jack, jumpered to the input, allows you to send your instrument's signal to multiple destinations simultaneously - perfect for feeding both your amp and the mixing desk. These DI boxes excel at converting high impedance, unbalanced instrument signals to low impedance, balanced outputs at proper voltage levels, eliminating the connection issues that cause tonal shifts and distortion.
