Vox AC30S1 OneTwelve Custom All Tube Guitar Amp Combo w/ 1x12inch Celestion VX12 30w

Since the swinging sixties, the VOX AC30 has carved out legendary status as the backbone of rock’n’roll, and the AC30 OneTwelve (AC30S1) strips this iconic amplifier back to its essential brilliance. Built around the revered Top Boost channel that has powered some of rock history’s most famous riffs, this single-channel design offers the full AC30 sound in a more straightforward package. The touch-sensitive circuit provides an impressive tonal range from chimey clean sounds through to rich overdrive, maintaining the unique sonic character that has inspired countless guitarists for decades.

At its heart, the AC30S1 features authentic all-tube construction with two 12AX7 tubes in the pre-amp section and four EL84 tubes driving the power stage, faithfully reproducing every nuance of the Top Boost channel’s trademark tone. The amplifier includes studio-quality digital reverb that simulates classic spring reverb, plus practical connectivity options including effects send/return jacks for integrating your favourite pedals and an external speaker output for pairing with additional cabinets.

Among the various AC30 models that have appeared since the 1960s – from the famous six-input versions to hand-wired units – the AC30S1 represents the most accessible path to authentic AC30 sound. This modern approach to the classic design results in a lighter, more compact amplifier that’s easily transportable while retaining the commanding presence that has graced stages and recordings for generations, allowing you to harness legendary VOX tone wherever your music takes you.
