Vic Firth VFRUTE505 Rute Rod/ Stick

The Vic Firth VFRUTE505 Rute Rod strikes the perfect balance between power and subtlety, making it an essential tool for discerning drummers. This innovative design bridges the gap between Vic Firth’s Rock Rake and the classic original Rute, creating a versatile stick that excels in light jazz and combo settings.

Featuring thirty‐one precision plastic bristles measuring .094" each, these rods are securely housed within a durable vinyl handle. The construction provides the ideal combination of control and response, allowing musicians to achieve nuanced dynamics while maintaining the reliability expected from professional‐grade equipment.

Perfect for situations where traditional drumsticks might be too aggressive, this Rute Rod offers drummers the flexibility to adapt their sound to intimate venues and acoustic arrangements. The thoughtful engineering ensures consistent performance across various playing styles and musical contexts.
