Vater VHP5BAW Power 5B Ameican Hickory Acorn Wood Tip Drumsticks (Pair)

The classic acorn tip design meets modern drumstick engineering in this refined version of the popular Power 5B model, offering drummers a fuller, broader tone across cymbals and drums. This thoughtful modification maintains all the beloved specifications of the original while introducing the traditional acorn-style tip that many players prefer for its versatile sound characteristics.

Vater's journey began long before their official establishment in November 1991, with the family's drumstick craftsmanship taking root in the basement of Boston's legendary Jack's Drum Shop decades earlier. From these humble beginnings creating bespoke items, the company has grown into a respected manufacturer operating from their Holbrook, Massachusetts headquarters.

Today, Vater's extensive product line encompasses hundreds of different models, attracting world-renowned artists including Chad Smith, Stewart Copeland, and Josh Freeze. The company's mission remains straightforward yet ambitious: to produce the finest drumsticks and percussion accessories available worldwide, maintaining the quality and attention to detail that has defined their reputation for over three decades.
