Vater VH2BW 2B Wood Tip

From humble beginnings in a Boston basement to becoming the choice of drumming legends, Vater drumsticks represent decades of craftsmanship and innovation. The brand officially launched in November 1991, though the Vater family’s drumstick heritage stretches back much further through their work at Boston’s iconic Jack’s Drum Shop, where they crafted bespoke items that would lay the foundation for their future success.

Operating from their Holbrook, Massachusetts headquarters, Vater has built an impressive catalogue featuring hundreds of different models to suit every playing style and preference. Their commitment to excellence has attracted world–class artists including Chad Smith, Stewart Copeland, and Josh Freeze, who trust Vater’s precision–crafted sticks for their performances.

These particular sticks feature an oval tip design that maximises surface contact with drums and cymbals, whilst the heavier shoulder construction and extended length provide enhanced attack and punch. Vater’s straightforward mission remains unchanged: to manufacture the finest drumsticks and percussion accessories available anywhere in the world.
