The PolyTune 3 combines TC Electronic's legendary polyphonic tuning technology with their acclaimed Bonafide Buffer, creating the ultimate tuning and tone preservation solution for guitarists. Building on the success of the original PolyTune that revolutionised instrument tuning in 2010, this third-generation pedal maintains all the beloved features whilst adding crucial signal buffering capabilities that protect your tone across long cable runs and complex pedalboard setups.
Musicians can choose from multiple tuning modes to suit any situation: polyphonic mode for quick all-string tuning during live performances, chromatic mode offering 0.5 cent accuracy for detailed work, and ultra-precise strobe mode with ±0.1 cent accuracy for studio applications. The integrated Bonafide Buffer ensures zero signal degradation, making this pedal function as both a professional tuner and a high-quality tone preservation tool.
The PolyTune 3 features a super-bright 109-LED display with ambient light detection for clear visibility in any environment, plus switchable true bypass and buffer modes to optimise signal integrity for different setups. Additional conveniences include always-on tuning mode that keeps the tuner active even when not muted, and intelligent switching between polyphonic and monophonic modes based on how many strings you play. Designed and engineered in Denmark, this ultra-compact unit delivers professional-grade tuning and tone preservation in a single pedal.
