TC Electronic Choka Tremolo effect pedal

The Choka Tremolo brings back the essential modulation effect that many modern amps have sadly left behind. This intuitive 3-knob pedal makes it easy to dial in everything from fast, cutting waves to slow, rolling tides perfect for authentic surf tones. The all-analog circuitry delivers the warm, organic sound reminiscent of classic California tube amps from the sixties.

What sets Choka apart is its seamless waveform control, allowing you to fine-tune the LFO from classic triangle mode for traditional tube amp character to full square mode for dramatic chopping effects. You can find that sweet spot between the waves where your unique sound lives. The versatile Speed and Depth controls, combined with low noise operation, make this pedal equally at home in surf, Motown, or even nu-metal applications.

Built tough with metal construction and high-quality internal components, the Choka Tremolo is designed to withstand serious use. True bypass technology ensures your tone remains pristine when the effect is disengaged, while the all-analog circuit maintains the warmth and character that digital alternatives simply can’t match.
