The TASCAM MZ-123BT brings professional multi-zone audio distribution to commercial spaces with its compact 1U design that handles three independent zones of music and announcements. This Bluetooth®-enabled installation mixer features versatile routing capabilities perfect for retail stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, and hotels requiring independent audio control across different areas. With its intuitive front-panel layout, the unit provides simple operation for non-technical staff while offering advanced configuration options via dedicated rear-panel controls.

Audio connectivity includes two stereo LINE inputs via RCA connectors for CD players and similar equipment, plus a Channel 3 AUX/Bluetooth® input supporting both wireless streaming and 3.5mm connections. The dedicated front-panel Bluetooth® antenna maintains consistent wireless signal stability even in challenging RF environments. Three discrete Zone Outputs with individual volume controls allow precise routing of background music to specific rooms or areas, complemented by three pairs of stereo Euroblock outputs on the rear panel, each with MONO/STEREO switching.

Two microphone inputs with +48V phantom power provide comprehensive announcement capabilities through dedicated Zone talkover functionality. Mic 1 offers both front-panel XLR/TRS connectivity and rear Euroblock connection, while both channels feature separate 3-band EQ, gain control, and high-pass filtering on the back panel. The intelligent Talkover function automatically detects microphone signals and attenuates background music levels in selected zones, with adjustable threshold and timing controls for smooth music restoration after announcements conclude.
