Tannoy Gold 7 Inch Studio Monitor (Single)

Introducing the Tannoy Gold 7 Inch Studio Monitor, where precision meets performance. This premium 300-Watt bi-amplified nearfield studio reference monitor is crafted with Tannoy's proprietary 6.5" Dual Concentric Point Source Technology, making it a must-have for audio professionals. Whether you're recording, editing, mixing, or mastering, the GOLD 7 ensures an accurate and uncoloured representation of your music. It’s like having a trusty sidekick that never misses a beat!

What makes the GOLD 7 truly stand out? It's all about that legendary Tannoy Dual Concentricâ„¢ driver technology. With over seven decades of refinement behind it, this driver provides unparalleled phase coherence and point source imaging. The result? A flat response and wider sweet-spot in both horizontal and vertical planes, ensuring you hear every detail as it was meant to be heard.

The staff at Derringers are quite fond of the GOLD 7's ability to replicate a single point sound source with its innovative Tulip Waveguide, offering an impressively wide soundstage and focused stereo imaging. We also appreciate its thoughtful design features like HF trim control and rear panel filter switch, allowing for adaptability in various acoustic environments.

Engineered to perfection with Class-AB amplification, the GOLD 7 combines the linear performance of Class-A with the efficiency of Class-B amplifiers—ideal for critical listening environments without compromising on sound quality or energy efficiency. Plus, it allows you to connect up to two audio sources simultaneously through its XLR and TRS inputs.
