This 14"x6" snare combines six plies of maple with an outer ply of Satin Mappa Burl to create a 6mm shell that balances modern engineering with retro–style aesthetics for rich, vintage–inspired tones.
Built for performance and convenience, the PMM146 features Quick–release Freedom Lugs, Claw Hooks, and Grooved Hoops that facilitate rapid drum head changes while enhancing overall tone quality. The Linear Drive Strainer includes a calibrated Ratchet Style tension adjustment knob for precise tuning control, whilst the detachable butt–plate allows for swift snare and head modifications.
