Please note, this is a 5 piece shell pack ‐ it does not include a snare.

The Tama Starclassic Performer 5 Piece Shell Pack in Molten Steel Blue Burst represents the latest chapter in a drum series that has been pushing sonic boundaries since 1994. This newest iteration centres on Tama's innovative maple/birch hybrid shell construction, which creates complex and expressive tonal properties that have earned widespread appreciation from professional drummers. The Starclassic series has consistently provided discerning players with acoustic variation, rock–solid performance and sensible value throughout its evolution.

Tama's journey into hybrid shell technology has included various wood combinations such as pure birch, pure maple, and previous hybrid configurations like bubinga/birch and walnut/birch. The maple/birch hybrid shell at the heart of the Performer series offers drummers a powerful and expressive sound that redefines professional drum set performance. This construction method produces the complex sonic characteristics that make hybrid shells so valued by today's drummers.

The Starclassic Performer series continues the Starclassic legacy while providing a differentiated Tama sound with professional features at uncommon value. This 5–piece shell pack offers an undeniable drum set option for players seeking the sophisticated tonal qualities that only Tama's hybrid shell technology can provide.
