Tama S.L.P. GWalnut 14x6.5inch Snare Drum

Crafted from premium walnut timber renowned for its naturally dark tonal characteristics, the Tama S.L.P. G–Walnut 14x6.5" Snare Drum brings exceptional depth and complexity to any acoustic drum setup. The walnut construction provides a rich fundamental timbre that cuts through any mix with remarkable attack and presence.

This professional–grade snare features a robust 10–ply, 9mm walnut shell measuring 6.5" x 14", engineered to produce low, rich fundamental tones. The thick shell construction contributes significantly to the drum’s deep, complex sonic character while maintaining the crisp attack that walnut is celebrated for.

Tama has equipped this snare with 30–strand snappy snares that create a fuller, thicker sound compared to standard snare wires. Combined with Tama’s Sound Arc Hoop technology, the drum’s sensitivity is greatly enhanced, allowing for exceptional dynamic range from delicate ghost notes through to powerful backbeats. The S.L.P. G–Walnut stands as a highly expressive instrument suitable for discerning drummers across various musical styles.
