Tama 50th Anniversary Iron Cobra Power Glide Twin Pedal (Marble Coral Swirl)

Tama's Iron Cobra Power Glide Twin Pedal has defined bass drum response since 1993, earning its place as the most trusted double pedal in studios and on stages worldwide. This 50th Anniversary Limited Edition arrives in Marble Coral Swirl finish—a visually distinctive design that reflects three decades of refinement without compromise. The Iron Cobra series remains synonymous with responsiveness and build quality, driven by continuous evolution rather than trend-chasing.

The Power Glide mechanism delivers consistent beater contact and rebound across both pedals, critical for locked-in timing during fast passages and dynamic play. Twin pedal configuration allows independent control of left and right foot technique, essential for developing polyrhythmic control and reducing fatigue during extended sessions. Marble Coral Swirl finish is exclusive to this anniversary release, paired with a matching alternative in Psychedelic Rainbow—both emphasise the pedal's engineering through visual presence rather than obscuring hardware detail.

The Iron Cobra's sustained presence across bedroom studios, touring rigs, and professional recording facilities stems from its ability to translate foot intention into drum sound without lag or inconsistency. Drummers who demand repeatability and sensitivity across varied strike weights gravitate toward this pedal—it responds equally to ghost notes and full-force attacks without deadening or bouncing unpredictably.
