Strandberg Boden Standard NX 7 7-String Electric Guitar (Purple) inc Gig Bag

Strandberg’s Boden Standard Series guitars bring the acclaimed features of their premium instruments to musicians seeking exceptional value without compromising on performance. These solidbody guitars feature Strandberg’s own design pickups and figured Maple top veneers, offering a distinctively different sound and response compared to chambered body models – not better or worse, simply a matter of personal preference that caters to diverse musical tastes.

The Boden Standard NX incorporates the majority of premium features found in the Original, Prog, and Fusion models, built with a solid American Basswood body and Flame Maple veneers. This combination creates one of the most popular electric guitar wood pairings used by top builders and artists, producing an ideal balance of warmth, punch, brilliance and sustain that excels across virtually any musical genre or playing style.

Every Standard model includes Quartersawn Maple necks and fretboards with the EndurNeck profile, Luminlay™ face and side dots, Jescar stainless steel frets, and the innovative .strandberg* EGS Rev 7 hardware standard on all NX model guitars. Strandberg’s custom-designed pickups are wound to the highest specifications to maximise the acoustic properties of the woods and hardware, resulting in a balanced and rich sound through any amplification system.

Designed for players who don’t require high-end features like chambered bodies, 4-A grade figured tops, or name brand pickups, the Boden Standard NX models still provide the premium look, sound and performance features that working musicians demand. The solidbody construction offers a different feel and sound compared to chambered-body guitars while maintaining the trademark clarity, articulation, sustain, and warm organic tonal character that defines Strandberg’s reputation.
