Strandberg Boden Standard 5-String Electric Bass (Charcoal Black) inc Gig Bag

The Boden Bass Standard 5 redefines what a professional bass guitar can be, combining cutting-edge ergonomic design with premium materials to create an instrument that serious bassists will find both inspiring and comfortable to play. This thoughtfully engineered 5-string bass addresses the common challenges faced by bass players, particularly the weight and fatigue issues associated with traditional solidbody instruments, through its innovative headless construction and lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium hardware.

At the heart of this instrument's exceptional playability lies the patented EndurNeck profile and multi-scale neck design, which work together to reduce hand and back strain during extended playing sessions. The proprietary hardware construction not only contributes to the bass's reduced weight but also enhances its unique woody and organic acoustic character, creating a foundation for the instrument's naturally punchy, articulate, and balanced sound with strong fundamentals.

The sonic versatility of the Boden Bass Standard 5 comes from its Fishman Fluence Bass pickups paired with a 2-Band EQ system, providing access to both classic and contemporary bass tones suitable for any professional musical environment. The combination of premium materials, meticulous craftsmanship, and innovative design results in an instrument that produces stunningly clear yet warm organic sounds across virtually any musical genre, while the striking visual aesthetics and unmatched ergonomic features make it as appealing to look at as it is comfortable to play.
