The Spector Icon NS-2 Neck Through brings legendary American bass design to a 4-string configuration that prioritises sustain and tonal clarity. Neck-through construction runs the entire length of the instrument, maximising harmonic transfer and playing response from the first fret through to the 24th. Alder body wings meet a three-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, topped with highly figured quilted maple in a Purple Cherry gloss finish that stands out on any stage.
Aguilar electronics power the signal path: DCB pickups feed an active OBP-2 preamp, delivering punchy low-end response, articulate midrange definition, and clear high frequencies across the entire spectrum. The 34-inch scale length and rosewood fingerboard with crown inlays provide familiar playability. Designed in Woodstock, New York, this bass combines classic Spector ergonomics with modern active circuitry that responds equally well to fingerstyle, slap, and pick techniques. Includes a Spector gig bag.
