The Ultrawave Multiband Processor breaks new ground by splitting your guitar, bass, or synthesizer signal into multiple frequency bands, each with its own dedicated overdrive controls. This revolutionary multiband processing approach creates thick, rich distortion with unique overtones and dynamic interplay that traditional pedals simply can’t achieve. Choose from 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, or 10 frequency bands and apply them to an impressive range of overdrive types including Tube, Diode, Foldback, Octave Up, and Negative Flip Diode circuits.
The pedal’s true power is unleashed through the free Neuro Desktop Editor and Mobile App, which provide access to an extensive collection of innovative sound processing blocks. The dual channel compressor offers studio-grade controls that can be positioned before or after the drive circuits, while the Multiband Tremolo block gives you individual control over each band’s tremolo depth, rate, start time, and LFO wave shape. All presets created in the Neuro editors load directly to the pedal and can be saved to your personal cloud-based library or shared with the Neuro Community.
Advanced features like the Morph function allow smooth transitions between tones using an external expression pedal, LFO, or envelope follower, while the LFO’s Ring Mod option generates waves of retro-futuristic industrial sounds. The Ultrawave’s sophisticated stereo capabilities can send different drive effects to each output for an expansive stereo field, place effects at multiple points in your signal chain, or create mesmerising ping-pong tremolo effects that push the boundaries of conventional sound processing.
