Sonor Kompressor Series 6.5x14 Inch Steel Snare Drum

The Sonor Kompressor Series 6.5x14 Inch Steel Snare Drum proves that exceptional metal snare tones don't require a premium price tag. This impressive instrument features a beaded steel–shell construction that's strengthened at the centre, producing bright, full–bodied tones packed with overtones and exceptional presence across all dynamics. The stick–saving triple–flanged hoops reduce weight while enabling smooth intonation adjustments, all secured by Sonor's attractive centre–mounted lugs.

Beyond its sonic capabilities, the Kompressor offers an aesthetic that perfectly balances charm with raw power, making it suitable for any stage or practice environment. Available in various popular snare metals, each Kompressor model incorporates cutting attack, projective energy, and powerful tone into every strike, regardless of your playing style – from heavy–handed approaches to more sensitive techniques.

This snare represents a solid solution for drummers seeking to explore the vibrant and complex characteristics of metal snares without the associated financial burden. From hard rock and funk to fusion and beyond, the Kompressor Series stands as your reliable rhythmic foundation, proving that massive power doesn't always demand a massive investment.
