This professional–grade kit features all–maple shell construction with 7 plies combining 4 layers of Canadian maple and 3 layers of Chinese maple. The innovative SmartMount tom mounting system embodies true German design philosophy, providing optimal sound sustain while using minimal hardware on the drum shell.

The complete shell pack includes a 22x18" bass drum, 10x7" and 12x8" toms, 16x15" floor tom, and matching 14x6" snare drum. All drums share consistent fittings and finishes across the AQ2 Series, giving you the flexibility to mix and match components as your setup grows. The newly designed shell hardware complements the minimalistic yet functional SmartMount system.
