The SiX CH brings the legendary SSL console sound to your studio with cutting-edge SuperAnalogue™ technology that's been refined in large-format SSL consoles. This compact powerhouse features a mic preamp with exceptional gain range and ultra-low noise performance, providing the clean, fast, and punchy character that makes it ideal for any source material you throw at it.

The two-band EQ section follows classic SSL design principles with gentle, broad-stroke shelving filters positioned at 3.5 kHz and 60 Hz, offering ±15 dB of gain range. What sets this EQ apart is its versatility - each band can be switched between shelving and bell curve responses, with the bell curves shifting to 5 kHz and 200 Hz respectively, giving you greater tonal control from just two knobs.

The built-in compressor uses SSL's proven feed-forward circuit design with program-dependent attack times and automatic make-up gain to maintain consistent signal levels. Despite its deceptively simple one-knob operation, this compressor provides powerful and versatile performance that adapts to your source material.

A front-facing TRS line input adds convenience for connecting instruments directly or using the SiX CH as a feature-rich summing module. The 10 kΩ nominal input impedance can be switched to 1 MΩ via the Hi-Z switch, making it perfect for high-impedance sources like passive guitar pickups without requiring an external DI box.
