Built to military specifications, the iSeries 4217-18 offers uncompromising protection for most Dreadnought guitars in the harshest conditions imaginable. This injection moulded waterproof case utilises ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin construction, achieving IP67 submersible rating whilst maintaining resistance to both corrosion and impact damage.

The case features molded-in hinges and a patented "trigger release" latch system with TSA recognised and accepted locks for secure travel. Four reinforced locking loops accommodate customer-supplied locks, while comfortable snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handles make transport effortless. Additional design elements include secure stacking capability and an automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve meeting MIL-STD-648C standards.
