Crafted to Seth Lover's original exacting specifications, the Seth Lover vintage output humbucker pickup brings authentic classic rock tone to your solid body or semi-hollow guitar. The neck model strikes an ideal balance between warm, full low-end response and sweet treble articulation, creating that perfect singing quality for single notes. The alnico 2 bar magnet smooths the high-end response whilst the vintage output coils reveal rich harmonic content, and the un-potted nickel silver cover adds an almost piano-like tone with percussive feel.
Each pickup is carefully hand-built in Santa Barbara using premium components that honour the original PAF heritage. The butyrate bobbin moulds come from the same factory that created the original PAF mould for Gibson, whilst other key features include specially manufactured 42AWG plain enamel mag wire, nickel silver cover, 2.5-inch alnico 2 bar magnet, custom machined metal and maple spacers, and nickel silver bottom plate.
Available with either vintage-correct single conductor push-back braided lead wires or modern 4-conductor lead wires for enhanced splitting and wiring options, every Seth Lover humbucker is wound on Seymour's original Leesona winding machine from the early Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, MI. This authentic approach ensures that unmistakable vintage tone and feel that made these pickups legendary.
