Seymour Duncan SA-6 Mag Mic Acoustic System

The SA-6 Mag Mic brings together the best of both worlds with its innovative dual-pickup system that captures your acoustic guitar’s authentic character. This active pickup combines a premium hum-cancelling magnetic Stack pickup with an omni-directional condenser microphone, complete with individual volume controls for precise sound shaping.

The magnetic component picks up the intricate details and dynamics of your individual playing technique, while the condenser mic captures the natural acoustic resonance and ambient qualities as sound moves through your guitar’s body. This combination produces crystal-clear acoustic tone that faithfully represents your instrument across all playing styles – from fingerpicking to percussive techniques.

Installation flexibility makes the Mag Mic suitable for any player’s needs. The unit can be easily removed when not required thanks to its endpin jack with built-in strain relief, or permanently fitted for regular use. Running on either 9V or 12V battery power (clips supplied), it connects to amplifiers, pedals, PA systems, or mixing consoles using a standard guitar cable and accommodates soundholes measuring 3.75” to 4.2”.
