This pickup produces some of the most brutal “chugs” you’ll encounter from any humbucker, with incredible harmonic content spanning all frequency ranges and an insanely tight bass response.

The Sentient neck pickup offers a balanced, versatile tone that sits perfectly between the classic 59 and Jazz model neck pickups. You’ll achieve pristine clean tones and fluid lead work under high gain conditions. This articulate vintage output pickup provides excellent dynamic response and a wide harmonic range, making it ideal for low tunings across all humbucker-equipped guitars.

Hand built in Santa Barbara, California, both the Nazgûl and Sentient feature premium construction with the Nazgûl using a large ceramic magnet and the Sentient employing an alnico 5 bar magnet. Each pickup includes a nickel silver bottom plate and 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring configurations. Available in both 6-string and 7-string passive mount sets, these pickups are vacuum wax potted to guarantee squeal-free performance.
