This fully loaded pickguard brings together three distinct Stack Plus pickups in a noiseless configuration that maintains the classic Stratocaster sound whilst eliminating unwanted hum. The Custom Stack Plus bridge pickup provides full, fat tones, while the Vintage-Hot Stack Plus neck pickup offers a slightly thicker character. The Classic Stack Plus middle pickup contributes vintage flavours across positions 2, 3, and 4, creating a versatile tonal palette.
Built with practicality in mind, this pickguard features the innovative Liberator solderless system that makes future pickup swaps quick and straightforward. The coil-splitting functionality allows you to switch between hum-cancelling Stack mode and traditional single-coil operation, giving you the best of both worlds in one instrument.
Hand-crafted in Santa Barbara, California, each pickup utilises alnico 5 rod magnets and 3-conductor splittable leadwire. The pickups are vacuum wax potted to prevent microphonic squealing, and the pickguard follows the standard 11-screw USA pattern for easy installation into most Stratocaster guitars.
