Seymour Duncan Billy Gibbson Hades Gate Humbucker Set Eliminator

Billy Gibbons brings the same intensity to his guitar pickups as he does to his legendary hot sauce collection. The Hades Gates™ humbucker set represents a fierier evolution of his famous Pearly Gates™ pickups, originally crafted from his prized 1959 Les Paul®. While the Pearly Gates have long been cherished by P.A.F. enthusiasts, Gibbons recognised that certain guitars in his arsenal needed extra output to achieve his distinctive sonic signature.

This demand for increased power led to the creation of The Hades Gates™ – a hotter-wound interpretation of Billy’s characteristic mid-forward, punchy tone. Built with Alnico 2 magnets and enhanced output, these pickups push your amplifier into scorching blues territory that’s both righteous and raw.

Each Hades Gates™ humbucker is meticulously hand-built in Santa Barbara, California, featuring 4-conductor wiring and short mounting legs for versatile installation. These pickups capture the essence of Gibbons’ sound while providing the additional heat needed to cut through any mix with authority.
