Samson SATELLITE USB /iOS Broadcast Microphone

The Samson Satellite stands as a broadcast-quality USB/iOS microphone that brings professional audio capture to your computer, iPhone or iPad. Built for streamers, podcasters and content creators, this highly-portable microphone offers plug-and-play operation with 24-bit/96kHz audio resolution. The fold-back leg design makes it an essential addition to any recording setup, combining convenience with professional-grade performance.

At the heart of the Satellite are two premium 16mm condenser capsules that capture vocal warmth and clarity through a smooth, accurate frequency response. An internal shockmount system isolates these capsules from the microphone body, effectively minimising handling noise and vibrations from table rumble that could compromise your recordings.

Three selectable pickup patterns make the Satellite adaptable to various recording scenarios. The cardioid setting works perfectly for streaming, vocal performances, single host podcasts or Skype calls. When you need to capture multiple voices around a table for conference calls or group interviews, the omnidirectional setting provides the coverage you need. For intimate 2-person interviews, the figure-8 (bidirectional) pattern offers focused pickup from both sides.

Zero-latency direct monitoring through the 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone jack ensures no delay between what you’re recording and what you’re hearing. The Monitor switch gives you control over direct monitoring while maintaining audio playback from your computer, providing flexible monitoring options during recording sessions.
