The distinctive dome–shaped profile and narrow striking edge of the Sabian AB7 7" Aluminium Bell Cymbal creates a uniquely focused sound that cuts through any musical arrangement. This lightweight aluminium construction produces clear, bell–like tones with remarkable sustaining qualities that make it an essential addition to any percussionist’s setup.
Crafted using traditional sandcasting methods, each Alu Bell cymbal is individually created, resulting in a characteristic rough surface texture that gives every piece its own unique character. The comparatively thick construction and unfinished aesthetic might surprise you, but the musical payoff is exceptional – sweet, musical tones with outstanding sustain that resonates beautifully in both studio and live performance settings.
The 7" size strikes the perfect balance between portability and projection, making it ideal for drummers and percussionists who need a reliable bell sound without the weight penalty of traditional bronze cymbals. Its aluminium composition ensures consistent performance while maintaining the authentic bell–like response that Sabian is renowned for.
