The Sabian 41800X B8X 18" OZone Cymbal breaks conventional boundaries with its radical double 6–hole ring design that creates an explosive combination of bright attack and dirty, aggressive tone. This innovative cymbal features twelve 2" holes arranged in a dual–ring pattern, similar to the design philosophy found in HHX and AAX O–Zone crashes, but pushes the concept further with even more raw and nasty characteristics.

Unlike traditional crash cymbals, the B8X O–Zone represents a crude yet sophisticated fusion of thin crash responsiveness and Chinese cymbal aggression. The strategically placed holes serve a dual purpose – they significantly reduce the cymbal's metal mass whilst maintaining its original size and volume, resulting in dramatically faster response times and enhanced playability.

Built from SABIAN's focused B8 bronze alloy, this 18" model produces distinctly bright tonal characteristics with rapid response capabilities. The multi–holed construction allows the cymbal to move with less resistance, creating that signature combination of explosive brightness and gritty agitation that sets O–Zone cymbals apart from conventional crash designs.
