Sabian 41600X B8X 16inch OZone Cymbal

The Sabian 41600X B8X 16" OZone Cymbal breaks conventional crash cymbal rules with its radical double 6–hole ring design that creates an aggressive, raw attack unlike anything in your standard cymbal arsenal. This isn’t your typical crash – it’s a crude and aggressive hybrid that combines the characteristics of a thin crash with a Chinese cymbal, resulting in bright explosion paired with dirty agitation that cuts through any mix.

The innovative multi–holed design features a dozen 2" holes strategically placed to reduce the cymbal’s metal mass while maintaining its size and volume. This engineering approach means the cymbal responds much faster than traditional crashes, as there’s simply less metal to move when struck. The result is rapid response with an attack that’s both aggressive and nasty.

Built from B8 bronze with a focused style and bright sound profile, this OZone model shares design DNA with the perennial best–seller SABIAN B8 Pro O–Zone and the premium HHX and AAX O–Zone crashes. The double ring configuration sets it apart by providing an even more intense and raw sonic character that suits players seeking unconventional crash sounds.
