The Sabian 20" HHX X–Plosion Crash Cymbal Brilliant unleashes a powerful combination of explosive attack and rich, dark tones that cut through any mix. This exceptional cymbal produces simmering, tuneful crashes with an agitated bite that drummers crave, making it an essential addition to any serious kit.

Before HHX technology, projecting darkness was simply impossible. The innovative "Tone Projection" design, developed by Sabian’s Vault team, allows this series to generate more simmering heat and musical dirt than traditional cymbals while ensuring every note gets heard and felt.

Unlike other cymbals that merely create dark sounds, the HHX X–Plosion stirs up genuine musical character with its distinctive agitated bite. The brilliant finish enhances the cymbal’s explosive tone, making it more effective at cutting through dense arrangements while maintaining its rich, dark sonic foundation.
