Sabian 20" HHX Redlight Crash Cymbal

Sabian's 20" HHX Redlight Crash merges the dark, complex character of Artisan cymbals with the clarity and cut of AAX. Developed with Todd Sucherman, these medium–thin cymbals are purpose–built for recording environments, delivering a smoky, rich tone underpinned by crystalline high–end shimmer that cuts through overhead and close–mic recordings with precision.

The B20 bronze construction yields a buttery feel and smooth attack, translating to responsive, musical playing dynamics. Each size in the four–piece family—18", 19", 20", and 22"—is individually voiced to maximise tonal range. When stacked or used together, they interact like piano notes, revealing new textures across every combination rather than sounding redundant or thin.
