Sabian 15005MPM 10 Inch High Hat Mid Max Stax

Mike Portnoy's signature sound gets a powerful new voice with the Sabian 15005MPM 10" High Hat Mid Max Stax. This innovative stacking system combines a specially designed China Kang positioned over a Max Stax Splash, creating rapid–fire bursts of attack that cut through any mix with authority.

The 10" configuration features both cymbals crafted with unlathed edges, prioritising power and durability for demanding performance situations. This thoughtful design approach ensures the Mid Max Stax can handle aggressive playing styles while maintaining its distinctive sonic character.

Part of SABIAN's HH Remastered series, these cymbals benefit from enhanced hammering techniques that add layers of complexity and tonal richness. Like taking a classic recording from great to sublime, the remastering process introduces unmatched sonic texture that spans the entire cymbal range, giving drummers access to nuanced sounds previously unavailable in traditional hi–hat setups.
