Professional musicians and studio engineers know that cable management can make or break a clean pedalboard setup, which is why RockBoard® has engineered their Flat MIDI Cables using the proven design principles from their patented Flat Patch Cable range. These innovative cables feature flat angled plugs that maximise space efficiency whilst maintaining the reliability demanded by serious performers.
The flat, rectangular conductor design serves a dual purpose – it significantly reduces cable twisting during installation and provides superior protection for the internal cable core compared to traditional round cables. Available in seven different lengths, these MIDI cables allow for precise distance matching in any setup configuration.
With a complete 5–pin pinout configuration, these cables support virtually any MIDI application you might encounter, from simple keyboard connections to complex multi–device studio chains. The space–saving design and clean installation capabilities make them particularly valuable for crowded pedalboards and rack systems where every millimetre counts.
