Broadcasting professionals know that signal distribution can make or break a live event, and the Exo-Pod passive broadcast splitter rises to meet this challenge with remarkable efficiency. This versatile unit accepts a balanced line output from your mixing console and distributes the signal across up to 14 recording devices simultaneously. The modular design allows multiple Exo-Pods to be linked together, creating expansive systems capable of handling hundreds of outputs for large-scale productions.
The Exo-Pod processes line-level XLR inputs and splits them cleanly across ten XLR outputs plus four 3.5mm TRS jacks, making it compatible with video cameras, handheld recorders, tablets and various media systems. A variable input trim gives broadcast technicians the ability to adjust global output levels locally for operational convenience, whilst transformer isolation on all outputs eliminates the hum and buzz commonly caused by ground loops.
Additional noise reduction comes courtesy of individual ground lift switches on the XLR outputs, providing fine-tuned control over signal integrity. The inclusion of an XLR thru connector enables seamless linking of multiple Exo-Pod units, creating an expandable solution that scales effortlessly to accommodate events of any magnitude.
- Passive splitter with 14 transformer-isolated outputs
