PureSound P1216 Custom 12inch 16 Strand Snare Wire

Crafted with precision in the USA, the PureSound P1216 Custom 12" ‐ 16 Strand Snare Wire represents the perfect middle ground for drummers seeking balanced snare response without sacrificing shell character. This medium‐gauge wire configuration features evenly spaced standard coils that provide consistent performance across your entire playing dynamic range.

The Custom Series has been engineered to strike an ideal balance between snare response and the natural voice of your drum shell. With its 16‐strand configuration, this model sits in the sweet spot where snare sensitivity meets shell resonance, allowing both elements to complement rather than compete with each other.

Built with steel coils that produce quick, crisp snare response, these wires maintain their responsiveness while letting your drum’s natural tone shine through. The evenly spaced coil design ensures consistent snare engagement across the entire drumhead, giving you reliable performance whether you’re playing ghost notes or laying into backbeats.
