Revolutionise your snare drum setup with the PureSound CPB1420 Custom Pro 14" ‐ 20 Strand Brass Snare Wire, engineered for musicians who demand both superior sound quality and practical functionality. This premium snare wire belongs to the Custom Pro series, representing the pinnacle of user‐friendly design in professional drum hardware.
The innovative Anti‐Choke end plates are a standout feature, significantly reducing unwanted snare buzz whilst providing drummers with a much wider range of available snare tension without choking the drum's natural resonance. The brass construction produces a distinctly brighter, more resonant sound compared to steel alternatives, which tend to offer a darker, crisper response.
What sets this snare wire apart is the Speed Release strap system, allowing players to disengage the snare wires without releasing the straps from the strainer or butt clamps. This means snare wire changes can be completed in mere seconds, making it invaluable for live performances and studio sessions. All PureSound Snare Wires are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
