A figured mango top, a subtly offset body and a shallow violin carve mark the Tekton T as a PRS at a glance, and the two-point tremolo is what sets it apart from the rest of the Tekton family. The scarfed maple neck has a sculpted heel and scooped upper-fret access, while the 25.5-inch scale and 16-inch radius give lead work and technical passages a familiar footing. This Violet Tourmaline model comes with a natural neck.
PRS Stylus humbuckers were voiced specifically for the Tekton range, with Alnico 5 magnets and moderate output that favour note definition over raw gain. Their flatter response keeps some character through a tube amp while sitting well with digital rigs. The push/pull tone control splits the coils, and string spacing is wider to match the Silver Sky and Fiore, giving sweeping arpeggios and precise pick attack extra room.
The two-point tremolo pairs a steel plate with brass saddles and can be set to float for expressive vibrato without wandering out of tune. Phase III locking tuners help it hold pitch, and the controls stay simple: one volume, one push/pull tone and a three-way blade switch. The body wears high-gloss nitro, the neck a satin nitro finish, and a PRS Premium gig bag is included.
