The PRS SE Swamp Ash Special delivers a bold blend of tonal flexibility and visual distinction, offering a fresh take on the signature SE platform. Featuring a solid swamp ash body, bolt-on maple neck and matching maple fingerboard, this unique model serves up sparkling highs, punchy lows, and a wide-ranging tonal character suited to any playing style.
Its pickup configuration includes a pair of PRS 85/15 "S" humbuckers and a PRS-Designed AS-01 Single Coil S pickup in the middle position. This trio of pickupscombined with a push/pull tone pot and 3-way switchunlocks a wide palette of tones, from glassy clean single-coil textures to rich, saturated humbucking leads. The PRS patented tremolo system ensures smooth pitch modulation and stable tuning across the board.
