PRS® builds the SE Flatback Hollowbody 1 Piezo as a centre–block electric that bridges acoustic resonance and electric sustain. Maple top, mahogany back, and fully–hollow construction deliver open, responsive tone without feedback issues that plague traditional semi–hollowbodies. The 85/15 "S" pickups pair with a dedicated piezo system, each with independent volume control—blend magnetic and acoustic signals to shape anything from pure electric snap to acoustic warmth.

The 25" scale neck sits wide and flat, built for extended playing without hand fatigue during long sets. Two discreet volume pots let players dial their exact sound in real time: full electric on the magnetic side, full acoustic from the piezo, or any hybrid blend between. Mahogany back and bolt–on construction keep weight reasonable while maintaining the resonant characteristics that make hollowbodies appealing to gigging musicians. Gig bag included.
